I received my 200hours certification in Vinyasa yoga from Lea Kramer, and my 300hour from Yoga Sukhavati. Further training includes Insight Yoga, Yin Yoga, Anatomy, Kinesiology, Trauma-sensitive yoga and Somatic Movement. I teach in privately as well as in studios, jails and at a drug addiction recovery program. In my classes you can expect a combination of movement, breath, spiritual philosophy, stillness, humor and passion, to encourage each individual to make a home in their own body-mind.
