Breathe through challenge

In this seated practice you’ll connect with your mind and where it goes in challenging positions. Krissy will share breath and movement techniques to support you through intense moments during your pregnancy.

I serve women who are nurturers, let's face it... all women but mostly mamas. I am a fierce advocate for educating on our changing bodies and radical self care. My classes and trainings, mostly through Maha Mama, are both inclusive and fun, grounded in the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra and Gurmukh, my teachers. With my certification in positive psychology and holistic health, I am always seeking to learn, especially from my students and children
