In this 11 minute breathwork practice, Regina guides you in finding stillness, releasing tension, allowing your body to be settled and rooted towards the earth. You can set an intention for the breathing session, it can be whatever you want to bring into the moment – if you choose to do this practice once a week you can set a new intention each time.
For this practice you’ll want to lie down somewhere comfortable. One option is to use a yoga mat, blanket and pillows. During the practice you might feel tingling in the body, which is entirely normal.
