An invigorating 25 minute Vinyasa yoga practice led by Regina. Move with rhythm and full breath. Flow through powerful postures on your hands and feet. An excellent practice for people who are familiar with yoga, enjoy a challenge and want to increase strength and stability.
For this practice you’ll want a yoga mat – blocks and other props are optional. As with all our classes, we encourage you to use props whenever you like, even if the teacher doesn’t cue for them.
