Energize Your Body / A Vinyasa Practice

In this 25 minute Vinyasa yoga practice, Regina leads you through powerful standing postures and deep stretches all with a focus on your breath. This practice is excellent for people who have an existing yoga practice, enjoy challenge and want to increase strength and stability.

For this practice you’ll want a yoga mat – blocks and other props are optional. As with all our classes, we encourage you to use props whenever you like, even if the teacher doesn’t cue for them.
