Foundational Vinyasa Flow

After practicing the yoga tutorials for Chaturanga, Adho Mukha Svanasana and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, you can link them together in this Vinyasa sequence with Regina.

This sequence is a portion of Surya Namaskar A, also know as Sun Salutation A. You’ll find it in Vinyasa classes, as well as other styles of yoga. It’s a great practice for waking your body up and renewing your energy.
