This class is the first in a 3 part series designed to segment a vinyasa practice into the beginning middle and end. We encourage you to practice all three back-to-back or enjoy them individually as your schedule and body permits.
Join Nikki to warm up on your back for hip opening stretches and inner thighs. Nikki will guide you through movements and stretches with an exploratory mind. You’ll feel a sense of grounding and calm by the end.
