

Find strength in your breath
Move toward building heat and strength in this intermediate-level vinyasa flow. This half-hour vinyasa flow class will concentrate on alignment, structure, deep breathing and strength building by practicing more advanced asanas all while being firmly rooted in your alignment and breath. Modifications will be offered throughout but you are encouraged to do what feels right for your body and modify accordingly.
