Tejal is a yogi, traveler, and amateur violin player! Since 2013 she has gained 700+ hrs training in vinyasa, hatha, restorative, prenatal, anatomy, mindfulness, and reiki. Her classes range from beginner level, to restorative yoga, to dynamic flows. Each class comes with a smile and a challenge! Tejal’s Indian-American background, yoga study in India, and passion for diversity, inclusion, and accessibility makes her classes unique and brimming with connection to the truth of yoga.
