Join Andromeda for a restorative yoga practice, to reset the body and mind. You will combine meditation, pranayama (breath work), gentle therapeutic movement and restorative yoga postures. Feel free to do the practice in part or in full.

Andromeda Han
Andromeda Han is a Brooklyn based visual artist and yoga instructor. She completed her 200hr training in 2015 through Tattva at Area Yoga under the guidance of Keri Setaro and Paula Loose, and later became certified to teach restorative yoga with Jillian Pransky at YogaWorks. She creates an intuitively healing environment whether in a dynamic, alignment-based flow or fully restorative class.
