Yoga is not a pose you perfect, but a tool for transformation (mind, body and breath). With a little bit of rock n roll, good beats and a steady pace you will find your breath guided through thoughtful sequencing and alignment. I have completed the 200hr Kula Flow YTT and the 75hr Kula Advanced YTT under the direction of Nikki Vilella and Schuyler Grant, and continue to study with Nikki Costello.
