Augustine has been practicing meditation and Chi Gung for over 20 years. He is grateful to the teachers of Shiva Yoga Peeth, Rishikesh, India who taught him how to bring strength and confidence deep within the body. With a focus on meditation and alignment his goal is to help students explore the mind/body connection so to quiet the mind, strengthen the subtle body and find the source of peace within.
