Candice was initially drawn to the physical benefits of yoga but it was the spiritual aspect that kept bringing her back to the mat.She completed her 200 hour training through Ananda Yoga Studios and thereafter an additional 300 hours of training at Paramanand nstitute,India, leading to a 500 hour certification.She loves to explore different styles of yoga (yin, hatha, vinyasa& pre/postnatal.Candice recently co founded Anahata Wellness,a collective that aims to bring together yoga and nutrition.
