My approach to teaching yoga is that it helps us discover or rediscover the joy of finding what feels good for our own bodies combining the exercise of breath and movement. What you discover on the mat transforms our world off the mat. Yoga is not about being flexible of body but about about finding the flexibility of mind that allows our inner light to shine in the darkest moments. Simply stated, "yoga helps us find what feels good".
