I don't teach any specific style but my knowledge is based in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. I teach in a mindful, intentional way. My classes encourage slow movements with body awareness, understanding that both anatomy and alignment are unique to the individual. I teach to create safe, inclusive practice spaces where everyone feels comfortable. I completed my training at Bodhi Yoga Academy. I have been influenced by Dianne Bondy, Amber Karnes, Anna Guest-Jelley, Sam Vetrano and Jessamyn Stanley.
