I have been a dancer, practitioner, meditator, and seeker for as long as I can remember. For 10 years I studied Zen Buddhism at Zen Mountain Monastery, so mindfulness is a big part of my practice and teaching. In addition to my 200 hour training, I have completed additional trainings in Katonah yoga and trauma-sensitive yoga. My goal is to empower students to unwind their patterns, cultivate self-acceptance and love, and discover their true potential.
