Yoga at my first studio experience felt like home. I learned how to breathe fully & correctly, and found a comfort within my body that is unexplainable. Yoga for me is a healing experience. My classes are a slow Vinyasa flow concentrating on breathe work and alignment. In March 2020 I trained and started teaching free Chair Yoga classes 2x a week! My mantra= yoga is for everyBODY with the goal that all beings walk out of class feeling like there's no place like OMM.
