Stress, pain and poor health. That was me until I started practicing yoga. Yoga helped me to heal my body AND reshape my mindset. This is what I want to deliver to you - but in a way that makes sense for modern life. No acrobatics. No mystical bullshit. Just useful, practical stuff. I currently teach yoga privately. My classes are radically different from a typical yoga class...instead of flows you'll find fun & challenging strength-based mobility work, designed to create real, lasting change.
