I started yoga to alleviate chronic knee pain and continued because I found it helped me center myself, reduce anxiety, and cultivate gratitude in my life. I completed my teacher training at Three Sisters Yoga in NYC, and have been most influenced by teachers Sarah Rehman and Tiffany Fisk at Unity Yoga in Harlem. I specialize in vinyasa flow , but have experience in Yin and Ashtanga as well.
