My classes are an exploration of alignment and breath. We'll focus on presence in the body and the room, with an atmosphere of compassion. I teach Yin and Restorative yoga, Hatha and Vinyasa, for all levels of experience and for bodies of many shapes and sizes. I completed my 200 hour training at Jaya Yoga in Brooklyn. Carla Stangenberg, David Figueroa, Hunt Parr and Cyndi Lee all helped shape my approach to teaching. I'm also very interested in the yoga of recovery.
