Katie is most passionate about helping others discover a sense of joy and empowerment through bodily movement. With a 25 year background in dance, her classes focus on a juicy flow, body-breath connection, & releasing past preconceived limitations. Her classes invite you to make your practice feel nourishing to your unique body. She completed her 200hr at Yandara Yoga in 2016 & her trauma informed training at Exhale to Inhale in 2018.
