Liz has been practicing yoga since 2003, initially to complement running. She believes yoga is for everyone, not just those with a certain body type or financial means. Her style emphasizes healthy engagement and alignment to make yoga accessible, relevant, and fun. Liz completed her 200-hr YTT with Julie Dohrman in 2016 and is on the board of NYC Yoga Project, a nonprofit that brings yoga to underserved New Yorkers. Originally from Tacoma, WA, Liz lives with her husband and dog in Brooklyn.
