About

Having recovered from serious injuries and multiple surgeries, I offer gentle classes designed to help students with mobility issues. My focus is on slowing down and tuning into the inner self. I believe loving-kindness is the way to approach one's yoga, and try to infuse that in each class. Physical trauma often results in emotional or mental trauma, so my teaching approach is friendly and nurturing. I recently started my journey to yoga therapy 500-hour RYT. Namaste from Texas, y'all!
