I teach Vinyasa and Hatha style classes in Hyderabad, India. My classes are focused on mindfulness and breath. I found my way to yoga in 2015 when I was in the midst of severe health crises. Yoga helped me bring balance and manage my conditions really well. I hope to pass forward what I have been able to benefit from. I studied with Aayana yoga in Bangalore and completed a 200hr TTC.
