Connecting with people through yoga is an honest mirror and motivation for me. My classes are for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. My style is practical, active,and relaxing. I encourage students to experience their internal power, mental peace and spiritual clarity. With yoga, I/we can breathe, believe and begin again. I am forever grateful for my training/teachers at Atmananda and ISHTA Yoga.
