Beginner yoga with Tejal Patel (65min)

Are you new to yoga? Want to develop in your home practice? This Beginner class can be practiced many times as you continue to build strength and muscle memory for a total mind, body, and spirit connection. I offer a variety of options for you to explore and progress in your practice feeling safe and grounded. Note: this class does not incorporate downward facing dog or upward facing dog.

Tejal is a yogi, traveler, and amateur violin player! Since 2013 she has gained 700+ hrs training in vinyasa, hatha, restorative, prenatal, anatomy, mindfulness, and reiki. Her classes range from beginner level, to restorative yoga, to dynamic flows. Each class comes with a smile and a challenge! Tejal’s Indian-American background, yoga study in India, and passion for diversity, inclusion, and accessibility makes her classes unique and brimming with connection to the truth of yoga.
