In this class, you will begin with a somatic meditation focused on the body. You’ll become more acquainted with your spin as your midline and learn about its connection with your right and left side bodies. From floor work, you’ll move into a twisting lunge sequence and finish with rest in savasana. Feel free to use any props you have at home like blankets, furniture and pillows. You are welcome to take modifications in any pose in order to respect your body and what it needs.

I received my 200hours certification in Vinyasa yoga from Lea Kramer, and my 300hour from Yoga Sukhavati. Further training includes Insight Yoga, Yin Yoga, Anatomy, Kinesiology, Trauma-sensitive yoga and Somatic Movement. I teach in privately as well as in studios, jails and at a drug addiction recovery program. In my classes you can expect a combination of movement, breath, spiritual philosophy, stillness, humor and passion, to encourage each individual to make a home in their own body-mind.View profile ›
