We’re hosting a 1-day retreat

You’re invited to a full day of wellness workshops led by Setu teachers.

Saturday May 2, from 9:30 – 6:15pm ET

Healing Together is a virtual day retreat, filled with workshops to restore your sense of wellbeing. Experience a mix of practices including yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling and sound to reconnect with your truth. Meet truly inspiring yoga teachers and learn mindfulness practices that will carry you through quarantine and beyond. Leave with a renewed sense of lovingkindness. Registration is open for single sessions or the whole day.

You can purchase tickets to individual sessions on a sliding scale from $10 – $20 or buy a day pass for $75-$100. Individual ticket links are below. If money is a thing, please reach out. All ticket sales are going to the teachers leading the sessions.

Get out of your head and into your heart. Bring your curiosity as we use our asana practice to figure out what feels good in our bodies, tell ourselves more of what we need to hear about ourselves and we hold space to honor what’s in our hearts. All you’ll need is something to write with and on, your body, and an open mind & heart. Led by Eric Mosley of Black Mat Yoga.

Be poetically present. Join Marielys and Libby for a writing movement practice for the discovery of imagery, sensations, rhythms, and shapes unique to your body. Release any expectation to make sense or tell a story. Allow yourself to be. For this session you’ll a pen, paper, comfortable clothes and a yoga mat. Led by Marielys Burgos MelΓ©ndez + Libby Nicholaou.

β€œYou can sit with us!” Come and sit at the “rise and flow” table as we use grounding breathwork, restorative movement, and journaling to venture together into a brave space. For this session you’ll want your yoga mat & paper and pen. Led by Stephany McMillan of Rise and Flow Studio.

Nourish and balance your energy through awareness of the Manomaya Kosha. Zahrie will dive deep into defining the Manamaya Kosha, and guide you through a mantra and visualization practice to connect with the self. For this session, you’ll want pen, paper, comfortable clothes and a cushion to sit on. Led by Zahrie Ernst

Step into a support group for dreamers. Join Liza a 30 minute yoga practice followed by a discussion and guided journaling on how to create faith during uncertainty – turning obstacles into opportunities. Led by Liza Colpa

Bravely explore your depth of being. Allow Palak to help uncover hidden truths and create a safe place for your inner child to heal through active breathing, visualization, and writing. For this session, you’ll need your mat, paper and pen .

Immerse yourself in an accessible and authentic Hawaiian wellness experience as Laura leads a practice infused with breathwork, movement, and meditation with Hawaiian language & culture. For this session, you’ll want comfortable clothes and a cushion to sit on. Led by Laura Toyofuku-Aki.
