Why work with Libby
Libby has been teaching yoga for 7 years, has completed over 700 hours of certified yoga training, and is the founder of a 25-hour restorative yoga training.
Libby was first drawn to yoga by way of active vinyasa flow. When she discovered she was living with an autoimmune condition, she shifted into the more subtle practice of restorative yoga and yoga nidra. She is passionate about sharing these with others, who are on their own health and wellbeing journey.
Where they take place
In-person in the Hudson Valley.
Virtual sessions are available for anyone wanting to meet via Zoom.
